DIRECTIONS: From IH35 at Mockingbird Lane, take Mockingbird westbound and turn right onto Ambassador Row. Our building will be on the left/west side of Ambassador.
The Dallas Branch is home to the Don Young Company
corporate office. We recently moved into a larger building
on Ambassador Row. Our new home features 50% more production
space than our old address, a Dealer Training Center,
Conference Room, and four times as many docks as we
had. Our new factory features a large furnished Showroom
to demonstrate our product lines and highlight the
many technical features that differentiate our windows,
doors, and glass. Showroom hours are 8:00AM – 4:00PM M-F. Our Dallas headquarters
are in the capable and experienced hands of a team
of very dedicated and hard-working manufacturing experts.
Led by Ken Jackson with over 39 years of hands-on trades
and manufacturing experience, Michael Wyrick, Larry
Wicks and Jimmy Hooks add a combined 88 years of window
and door experience, nearly 44 with our company, to
Ken�s totals. We are
very proud of the fact that, in our shop, more than
half of our craftsmen have been with us more than 6
years; 10 have been helping us build windows and doors
more than two decades. Our Sales Manager, Randy Hoover,
with us for 14 years, brings 32 years of window
and extrusion experience to lead our sales force. Our
field sales efforts are represented by Ernie Bryant with over 20 years in the industry and Chris Ellison, who has 11 years
of window & door industry experience. Our outside
sales efforts are supported by Customer Service with
friendly enthusiasm from Richard Weathers, who has
35 years of building products experience and Ron Fisher,
a 20-year DYC veteran with more than 31 years of management
